Netbadel is a digital platform that connects users who wish to exchange goods and services. The platform itself does not own, verify, or guarantee any listed item.

نتبادل هو منصة رقمية تربط المستخدمين الراغبين في تبادل السلع أو الخدمات. المنصة لا تمتلك أو تتحقق أو تضمن أي من العناصر المعروضة.

Users are fully responsible for ensuring the authenticity, ownership, and condition of items before any exchange. Users must take all legal and safety precautions during transactions.

المستخدمون مسؤولون بالكامل عن التأكد من صحة وملكية وحالة العناصر قبل أي عملية تبادل. ويتعين عليهم اتخاذ جميع الاحتياطات القانونية والأمنية أثناء المعاملات.

Netbadel shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or dispute arising from user interactions or exchanges.

لا تتحمل نتبادل أي مسؤولية عن أي خسارة أو سرقة أو ضرر أو نزاع ناتج عن تعاملات المستخدمين أو عمليات التبادل.

Users must not upload illegal, offensive, or counterfeit items. Any violation may result in account suspension.

Netbadel respects your privacy and will not share your personal data without consent, except as required by law.

When you sign in with Google, we collect the following information from your Google account: your email address, full name, and profile picture (if available). We only request the minimum data necessary to create and maintain your Netbadel account. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google services beyond your basic profile information.

We use your Google user data solely for the following purposes: (1) To authenticate your identity and create your Netbadel account, (2) To display your name and profile picture on your Netbadel profile, (3) To communicate with you via the email address you provided, (4) To enable you to use our item exchange platform. We do not use your Google data for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to providing our core service.

Your Google user data is securely stored in our Supabase database, which uses industry-standard encryption and security measures. We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your data is stored on servers located in secure facilities with regular security audits and monitoring.

We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We only share your data in the following limited circumstances: (1) With your explicit consent, (2) To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests, (3) To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public, (4) With service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., Supabase for data hosting), who are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for providing services to us.

We retain your Google user data for as long as your Netbadel account remains active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete your Google user data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or security purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us or deleting your account through your profile settings.

نحتفظ ببيانات مستخدم جوجل الخاصة بك طالما ظل حسابك في نتبادل نشطًا أو حسب الحاجة لتزويدك بخدماتنا. إذا قمت بحذف حسابك، سنحذف بيانات مستخدم جوجل الخاصة بك في غضون 30 يومًا، باستثناء الحالات التي يتعين علينا فيها الاحتفاظ بمعلومات معينة لأغراض قانونية أو تنظيمية أو أمنية. يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت عن طريق الاتصال بنا أو حذف حسابك من خلال إعدادات ملفك الشخصي.

You have the following rights regarding your Google user data: (1) Access: You can view your data in your profile settings at any time, (2) Correction: You can update your profile information directly through your account settings, (3) Deletion: You can delete your account and associated data at any time, (4) Data Portability: You can request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format, (5) Revoke Access: You can revoke Netbadel's access to your Google account through your Google Account settings at any time. Revoking access will prevent you from logging in with Google but will not delete your Netbadel account.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have provided one) or by posting a prominent notice on our platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised. Your continued use of Netbadel after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
